Changing rooms are located in the foyer to the gymnasium, please don’t leave any bags or personal belongings in the changingroms, bring them with you to the training area. We usually use room 224 upstairs for classes but also the gymnasium for workshops please check on arrival.

Car parking is free at weekends.

All information should be confirmed with the host dojo of each event including date, location, time and  fees, in case of any alterations or rescheduling.
